Electromagnetic fields, or EMFs, are a part of our society. They’re all around us at almost any point and time. They can be the source of great joy with the technology they allow us to run, but they can also cause disorders and harmful conditions.   1. Put the Devices Down: First and foremost, you have to look within. If you’re really serious about reducing the amount of potentially harmful radiation and ways to block EMFs you need to be able to decrease the amount of time you spend on electronics like your cell phone and laptop. This will be difficult for some (many?) but a surefire way to immediately reduce the amount of exposure and ways to block EMFs naturally.
  2. Avoid Cell Towers and Facilities: In addition to removing yourself from your personal belongs, it’s important to try and avoid things like cell phone towers and facilities where radiation is emitted at all costs. These have become much more prevalent as technology increases so be careful to not put yourself unintentionally in harm’s way.
  3. Ditch the Microwave: It may be fast and convenient, but at what cost? Learning to cook food on the stove top, oven, or grill are not only important life skills, but can reduce the amount of radiation your body is exposed to.
